Conference: Entry to all session throughout the conference / Morning and afternoon tea, and lunch

Full-day-workshop: Morning and afternoon tea, and lunch

2 Half-day-workshop: Morning and afternoon tea, and lunch

1 Half-day-workshop: Morning or afternoon tea

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations received by 20 September 2014 will receive a refund of 95% of the paid registration fee.
• Cancellations received between 21 September and 27 September 2014 will receive a refund of 45% of the paid registration fee.
• Cancellations received on or after 28 September 2014 or non-attendance will result in no refunds given.
