Eligibility:

  • Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents
  • Local Occupational Therapists who are registered with the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
  • Achieve 100% attendance for the course
  • The participants and/or the Company shall not receive any other funding from government sources e.g. HPF Funding
    Priorities given to SAOT members

Grant:

  • For two days (conference and pre-conference full-day/two half-day workshop): $240 per pax (delegate pay $260 after grant is reimbursed)
  • For one day (either conference or pre-conference full-day/two half-day workshop): $120 per pax
  • For pre-conference half-day workshop: $60 per pax

Full course payment to be made first. The grant shall only be reimbursed by the organiser within 2 months after the NOTC.

Entitlements

  • Conference: Entry to all sessions throughout the conference / morning and afternoon tea, and lunch
  • 1 Half-day-workshop: Morning or afternoon tea
  • 2 Half-day-workshops: Morning and afternoon tea, and lunch
  • Full-day-workshop: Morning and afternoon tea, and lunch

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Any cancellation or replacement must be conveyed in writing to the organiser.
  • Cancellations received by 20 September 2015: Refund of 95% of the paid registration fee.
  • Cancellations received between 21 September to 27 September 2015: Refund of 45% of the paid registration fee.
  • Cancellations received on or after 28 September 2015 or non-attendance: No refund.
