The Scientific Committee invites participants to submit their abstracts of original, unpublished works, case reports, and reviews for oral or poster presentation.

Abstract submission deadline: 24 August 2013
Peer review: 9 September 2013
Notification of acceptance: 16 September 2013
Notification of presentation schedule: 27 September 2013

We also welcome short paper presentations (non-research based) to share new areas of practice or innovative approaches, demonstrating examples of seamless care.

Selection

  • All submissions will be assessed by the Scientific Committee for technical merit and suitability of content.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject any paper that does not meet content or presentation expectations.
  • Final placement in an oral session is subject to the Committee’s discretion.

Presentation

  • All Authors should be prepared to do an oral presentation.
  • If the Presenting Author is unable to present the abstract, a Co-Author can take his/her place.

Publication

  • Abstracts will be published as submitted.
  • Abstracts considered unsuitable for reproduction will not be published.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to modify the submitted text of abstracts to correct grammatical and sentence construction errors. Every effort will be made, in these instances, not to alter the meaning of the text. Corresponding authors will be contacted for confirmation of the final version prior to inclusion in proceedings.
